This all inclusive
weekend workshop in a peaceful lakeside setting in the mountains brings
together dynamic women who seek to go beyond the ordinary, to journey inward,
breakthrough self-imposed limitations, and access their own magnificence.
The weekend is carefully planned from beginning to end, to support women
in discovering and creating what they most want.

women who attend this workshop have diverse backgrounds and a wide range
of interesting, challenging aspirations and passions. Typically they are
engaged in significant community, business, or organizational initiatives.
Some feel thwarted in their passion to contribute because their leadership
potential isn't being fully utilized or they can't see a clear pathway
to bringing about what they want. Others feel too isolated or too busy
to connect with other women in their day to day lives. All leave the weekend
with amazing new connections to accomplished and inspiring women, new
skills and new possibilities for positive actions.

love the casual, warm atmosphere and magnificent lakeside setting. You
can walk around in your pajamas, sip coffee in the Great Room,
sit by the lake and enjoy the charm of this historic, exquisite setting.
Comfortable
lodging for two nights, delicious family-style meals, the workshop, our signature workbook and all workshop materials.
The
closest airport is Albany, NY where you can rent a car for the one and
a half hour drive to Raquette Lake Village. The BrightSide is accessible only by boat and you will be met at Raquette Lake Village for the easy short ride across the lake.
