Jackie Michel, M.S.,
Executive Coach, Workshop Leader, Speaker Jackie Michel is the owner and director of
J. Michel Associates, a company that offers coaching, workshops and cutting-edge
leadership training. She has worked in depth with business and professional
leaders in
Houston
and in upstate
New York
and has
presented workshops and training seminars since 1983.
Jackie is a member of the International
Coach Federation, Rotary International, Breakthrough CNY, and The National
Association of Social Workers. She has been trained by the top professionals in
the fields of, leadership, individual and organizational transformation,
effective communication, motivation, productivity and professional /personal
counseling and coaching.
Jackie's approach combines a thorough
understanding of the business environment with an extensive background in
counseling and psychotherapy. She facilitates candid conversation, elicits
creative thinking and is an expert at listening, synthesizing and fostering
breakthroughs in thinking and action.

Patrice
Joslin has twenty five years of increasingly responsible management experience
in the not-for -profit sector. This has given her well-developed analytic,
organizational and leadership skills.
Numerous
professional and management courses have supplemented practical skills with
theoretical learning, creating a unique balanced style. Patrice has been active
professionally at the local, state and national levels. She is a member
of Herkimer BOCES Dollars for Scholars, The Utica
Roadrunners, The Women's Fund of Herkimer and
Oneida Counties, Public Relations
Committee, and the
New York State Outdoor
Guides Association. Patrice is a licensed Adirondack Guide who will spearhead
our new adventure challenge for businesses and individuals.

consulting and coaching is a blend of common sense and practical application for
individuals and organizations. She believes that sound, commonsense principles
and striving for "smart" change is the hallmark to achieving long term

Catrina
Lennon,

Catrina
Lennon has an extensive background in business development and communications
and consulting. As an
active leader in the community, she has contributed her expertise to many local
organizations including St. James pre-School and Breakthrough CNY. She is a
member of the American Sociological Association and the International Coach
Federation. Catrina has advanced training in individual and group coaching at
Mentor Coach with Ben Dean, PhD.
Catrina’s
coaching style deepens the client's awareness and expands their productivity and
effectiveness in their organizations. She coaches both high- potential
individuals and those seeking new enhanced leadership skills. Clients report
increased success, balance and focus in work.
